My name is Cara and I founded Maximize Wellness to provide therapeutic services for adults, just like you, who may be living with mental and emotional health challenges, stressful life transitions, or are feeling bogged down with worry and everyday pressures.

Individual therapy sessions take a holistic approach to treatment, treating the whole person and not just symptoms. One-on-one therapy sessions, I utilize evidence-based techniques and work collaboratively with my clients to reach their goals, increase emotional resiliency and increase calm in their lives. Brainspotting (BSP) is a specific therapeutic tool which is a bit different from traditional forms of talk therapy. It uses the neuroscience finding that where you look affects how you feel.
