We offer therapy sessions Monday through Friday, with some availability on weekends. Please contact us to schedule an appointment. After a consult call I usually am able to schedule an intake within two weeks.
It depends. Some people work with me weekly, some bi-weekly and a few monthly. Length of treatment depends on need. You are the driver of the treatment plan and goals. Ideally I would like to see you stay as long as you feel you are benefitting and working toward your wellness goals.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a certificate in Brainspotting as well as in Contemplative Psychotherapy from the Nalanda Institute, NY. I also go above and beyond with continuing education courses in multiple disciplines, completing at least 40 credits every two years. See About Me page for more information.
As a LCSW I am not able to prescribe medication. I do believe medication can be a useful tool in conjunction with talk therapy as appropriate. I would ask that you speak with your physician or psychiatrist about options if appropriate.
