Mom Guilt

That darn mommy guilt!

So many of us feel it when we fall short of perfect. Mom guilt is real!

We are all far from perfect and that's okay!

In this parenting book, Lose That Mommy Guilt, Tales and Tips from an Imperfect Mom,  I share my experience that being imperfect is the norm, not the exception when it comes to parenting.
This book serves as a reminder to other moms that you are not alone in the struggles of parenting. We don't have to beat ourselves up when reality doesn't match your expectations.
So whether you’ve just found out you are pregnant, or have a child in school I hope that by sharing my mistakes and lessons learned along the way, I can help you gain confidence and let go of the guilt that can make parenting so much tougher.
